Small disclaimer
The texts in the chapters of South Africa are using expressions and wordings as they are usual in South Africa. As I’ve learnt during my stay in the US, some of the wordings, especially when it comes to naming of ethnic groups, are considered as inappropriate in other countries. However, I decided not to change them as e.g. the US wordings are inappropriate in South Africa and vice versa. However, it is important for me to state that none of the used expressions in an offending way.
