Everything had started with a promise… ‘I will come back in 2010 … that is a promise’. This was the promise which I gave to a lady and which led me to South Africa again. Originally I planned to come back during the World Soccer Championship in Summer 2010 together with some friends and to meet others again whom I met in 2008.
But in the end everything came a little different. Instead of going in European summer, I went in December. Instead of in Cape Town I stayed at Minélles family. Instead of celebrating the soccer games we celebrated Christmas at the beach … I never had such a sun burn at Christmas time … well, I’m not sure whether I ever had one.
